Refund & Returns Policy

Digital products

Because digital downloads are delivered instantly, all sales of digital products are final. If your file is damaged or you can’t access it, email us within 14 days and we’ll fix it or send a replacement.

Apparel and physical items

Many of our physical items are made to order just for you. We can’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size, but if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a free replacement or a refund.

Wellness products

Unopened wellness items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For safety reasons, opened consumable items can’t be returned.

How to request help

Email hello@soulfulhub.com with your order number and a short description. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
